摘    要:在扩大内需应对国际金融危机和发展汽车产业的政策背景下,城市中心区交通拥堵正成为我国城市发展的重要阻碍。本文以重庆主城为例,在深入分析城市中心区交通系统内部矛盾及其问题根源的基础上,提出以人为本的交通发展理念和供需平衡的交通发展思路,并从交通需求总量、交通方式结构、交通流量分布、道路通行能力四个方面系统性地给出城市中心区交通可持续发展的基本对策。
