摘    要:采用传统固相法,制备了Nb2O5掺杂的Ba0.68Sr0.32Ti1–xSnxO3(BSTS)介电陶瓷,研究了Sn4+加入量和掺杂Nb2O5对材料介电性能的影响,用SEM研究了SnO2对材料微观结构的影响,当x(SnO2)为0.010,x(Nb2O5)为0.008时制得了εr为3689,tanδ为0.0006的高压低损耗陶瓷电容器瓷料,探讨了二者改性作用的机理。

Abstract:Nb2O5-doped Ba0.68Sr0.32Ti1–xSnxO3 (BSTS) dielectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state method, and their dielectric properties were investigated with variation of Sn4+ and Nb2O5 doped content. The microstructure of samples were analyzed by SEM, The ceramic material with high voltage and low dielectric loss is obtained. When x(SnO2) is 0.010 and x(Nb2O5) is 0.008, itsεr is 3 689 and tanδis 0.006. The The mechanism of improving characteristics of material is explored.
