| Abstract: | Under the drastic market competition the developing prospect of the grid and shell structures is discussed in this paper. Many reasons that grid and shell structures accidents occur are analyzed from the view of design, construction, usage and management. Finally the paper puts forwards that some countermeasures should be taken to avoid accident occurrence and improve engineering quality. |
