| Abstract: | A new Ф114 mm retained mandrel MPM plant with a yearly capacity of 300 000 tons of oil pipes is set up in Liaoyang by Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipe Co.,Ltd.,consisting such major equipment units as the Ф25 m rotary hearth heating furnace,the cone-type piercer,the Ф114 mm MPM proper and the 20-stand stretch-reducing mill.Described in the paper are the basic characteristics of both the equipment and the trial rolling result of the MPM line. |
