斜切喷管工作过程结构变形数值分析

摘    要:文中分析了某火箭发动机钼合金斜切喷管工作过程中的变形,首先通过对喷管内流场的数值仿真计算.确定喷管内型面承受的温度和压力载荷。然后基于三维有限元模型,对温度和压强耦合作用下的喷管应力场和形变进行了分析。对计算结果与试验测量值进行了对比,较为接近.证明结论可信。

Abstract:This paper is about numerical analysis on the structural deformation of a molybdenum scarfed nozzle during its action time. We analyzed the flow field in nozzle to confirm the temperature and atmospheric pressure which loaded on the inside faces of nozzle at first, then we solved the stress and deformation of nozzle based on three-dimensional finite element method. It was confirmed right after constructed the solution with the experimental solution.
