| 摘 要： | 通过特定零件成形过程的受力状态、应力应变状态分析,介绍了加强筋通过拉弯成形的冲压成形工艺,并以实际模具调整为依据,叙述了保持坯料受力状态对成形工艺稳定性的影响,为类似零件的成形提供参考。

| Abstract: | The stretch bending process for a component with strengthening ribs was given after an analysis on its strained condition and stress strain state.The effects of the keeping of strained condition on the stability of forming process were discussed according to the adjustment of a practical die. |
