造纸抗水剂PAPU的合成研究

摘    要:以尿素对聚酰胺预聚体进行改性,用环氧氯丙烷进行交联,最佳条件为:n(二乙烯三胺):n(己二酸)=1.2:1,真空下130℃反应3h,脱胺缩合反应8h,制得了性能优异的聚酰胺聚脲(PAPu)抗水剂。该产物完全溶于水,其表观黏度为1000~1600mPa·s,pH为6~7,固含量为(65±1)%。对PAPU的结构进行了红外光谱和核磁共振谱表征。实验所得产物PAPU的固含量与表观黏度优于市售产品。

Abstract:The urea modified polyaminoamide epihalohydrin resin PAPU was prepared by modifying polyaminoamide, which was synthesized by the polyeondensation of diethylenetriamine and adipic acid, with urea followed by crosslinking the urea modified polyaminoamide with epihalohydrin.Under the optimal conditions, i.e. n( diethylenetriamine ) n (adipie aeid)=1.2: 1 ,polycondensation reaction is carried out at 130℃ in vacuum and lasting for 3 h, the urea modification reaction time and temperature are 8 h and 125℃ respectively, water repellent with excellent performance is obtained. The apparent viscosity of the product is 1 000- 1 600 mPa's. The pH value is 6-7. The solid content is(65±1)%. The structure of PAPU was charecterized by infrared and HINMR. The solids content and apparent viscosity of PAPU are improved compared with that of commercial product.
