| 摘 要： | 电脑绣花机是刺绣行业广泛使用的设备，其核心是控制系统。为了提高产品性能，引入智能控制理论和方法，对电脑绣花机的控制系统进行改造，设计了智能控制专家系统。该系统基于Linux平台，能实现花样智能处理、故障诊断和电机自动控制等功能，大大提升了电脑绣花机的产品性能。介绍了系统的结构以及实现技术上的特点。
