从激励角度改善矿山企业人力资源管理

摘    要:21世纪企业管理已经进入了一个全新的人力资本管理时代,核心人力资源对企业发展的助推作用真正实现了“质”的突破。毫无疑问“人”已经成为我们这个时代最具战略意义的资源。矿山产业作为一种具有独特个性的行业,如何更好地管理人才,激励人才,发展人才,留住人才,已经成为关系到其可持续发展的核心问题。本文结合激励管理理论和矿山人力资源管理实践,对矿山企业如何做好人力资源激励做了创新性研究。

Abstract:Business management has already entered a brand-new human capital management time in the 21st century.There is a real breakthrough that the key human resources have played a key role in the process of enterprise's development.There is no doubt that people have turned into the most strategic resource already.The mine industry,as a kind of trade with it's own unique character.How to manage staff,encourage staff,develop staff and retain staff,have already become the key problem which concerns the enterprise's sustainable development.This text combines the management theory and human resources management practice of mine enterprise,makes a entire new study for mine enterprise about how to motivate the human resource.
