入世对我国高等教育国际化的影响及其对策

本文通过分析WTO的一般义务、纪律和我国在服务贸易承诺表中的具体承诺对我国高等教育国际化的影响，认为入世对我国高等教育国际化的影响是利弊并存。因此应对入世挑战，推进我国高等教育国际化健康、快速和有序发展是我国政府和国内一流高校的共同责任：政府应发挥宏观指导与协调者的作用，而高校则是应对挑战重任的承担者。

The Influence of the Entry into WTO on China''s Higher Educational Internationalization and the Countermeasures

There is influence on China's higher educational internationalization by analyzing the general incumbency and general discipline and China's commitments in Schedule of commitments. Entry into WTO is causing severe challenge to higher education, and in the same time, it is providing rare opportunities. In order to push the development of China's higher educational internationalization, the author thinks government and university must undertake common duty. The government should play a role in macroscopic harmonization and direction. However, the top universities in China should undertake the main duty to meet the challenge after WTO.
