电动机监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了解决原有监控系统不能实现远程监测、监测信息最少等问题,设计了一种电动机运行状态监控系统.该系统由一台主控计算机和多个电动机监控器构成.电动机监控器以STC89L516AD单片机为核心,通过测量三相电流、零序电流和温湿度信号,实现对电动机的多种故障进行现场监测,并通过串口将监测情况显示在远程计算机上.实践表明,该系统能够进行实时、可靠的现场和远程监测报警.

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems of existing monitoring system,i.e. remote monitoring not be realized,less quantity of monitored information,a monitoring system for operating status of electromotor has been designed.
