虚拟人体在辅助产品设计中的应用研究

摘    要:人性化设计是现代产品设计发展的趋势和目标,人机工程学研究是一个重要课题,它把解决一个系统的安全、高效、经济问题,特别是有关人的效能、安全和身心健康问题作为设计目标。有一个和产品设计过程密切相关的人体工程学的研究领域是人体的动作和姿势问题,人机系统的计算机模拟就是建立产品和人体的几何模型,模拟人操作产品的各种动作,将人机相互作用的动态过程显示在计算机的屏幕上,从而检测显示人体的姿势是否在可及或舒适范围。在产品设计过程的前期阶段,从总体方案上对其进行人机工程分析、检测和评价是新产品进行批量生产前的重要步骤,分析的结果将进一步用于对产品设计的改进和优化。

Abstract:Humanistic design is the tendency and objective of modern product design, and ergonomics is an important subject of humanistic design. Its objective of design is to solve the problems of safety, efficiency and economy, especially those concerning the efficiency, safety and healthy in body as well as in mind of the human in the system. The article refers to one ergonomics field: the pose of human being.Computer modeling of human-machine system is to create geometrical models of the product and the human, and to simulate the operating process and to display this process to the screen of the computer, and to examine whether the pose of human model is possible and comfortable. In the early stage of the product design it is necessary to have ergonomics analysis before the mass-production of the product.The result of the analysis will be used for the further improvement of the product.
