| 摘 要： | 对国外近5年来关于知识共享的文献进行了总结和分析,探究了知识共享相关研究的主要动向、研究热点.从知识共享的影响因素（包括个人因素、组织因素、知识因素和环境因素）方面对国外的研究成果进行了综述,并对知识共享研究的发展趋势进行了展望.

| Abstract: | By retrievaling and analyzing the literatures of knowledge sharing published in the past 5 years overseas,the paper explored the major trends and the main research points on knowledge sharing.From the inspect of knowledge sharing,which includes personal factors,organizational factors,knowledge factors and environment factors,the paper reviewed the research progress and predicted the research and development trends of knowledge sharing. |
