The paper discusses a new type all-optical component of future commication.we study its converting principle.And we have analyzied conversion efficiency using smallsignal.we abtain some good conclusion.An analytic expresion is developed.According it,as we may know,while two light beams input,a light beam will be modulated by the other.These changes will indicate the differents of its phase and ampitude.
