| 摘 要： | 文中列举了四种封头成形力的计算公式,分析了每个公式导出的力学模型,并在2000kN油压机上进行了A3钢封头的整体热压成形实验,将实测变形力与计算值进行了比较,为封头成形力公式的选用提供了依据。

| Abstract: | I Four formulas of calculating forming load of tank head arc listed. The deformation modelswhich formulas are derived from are analysed. Hot tank heads are formed with lowcarbon steel in 2000kN hydraulic press and the forming loads are measured. The measured loads are compared with calculating ones. It provides the basis for selecting the formulas of calculating forming load of tank head. |
