聚甘油的碱催化合成

摘    要:研究了聚甘油的合成。以甘油为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,考察了催化剂用量,反应时间和温度对甘油聚合的影响。实验表明,当反应物甘油的用量为40.0 g,催化剂NaOH的用量为1.6 g,反应温度为260℃,反应时间为210 m in时,可以得到浅茶色的九聚甘油。

Abstract:The synthesis of polyglycerol was studied.Polyglycerol was synthesized by dehydrate condensation from glycerol in the presence of NaOH.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on glycerol polymerization were investigated.Tawny nonaglycerol was obtained when 40 g glycerol condensated in the presence of 1.6 g NaOH in 260 ℃ for 210 min.
