火炮随动系统调试仪的设计与实现

摘    要:针对现有火炮随动系统调试仪在性能测试时存在的测试效率低、测试误差大的缺点,提出了调试仪总体设计方案,给出了调试仪的系统构成,确定了调试仪数据采集卡的实现原理及方法,设计了采集卡硬件电路、软件及驱动程序,完成了调试仪的时序及功能仿真.实验模拟测试结果表明:所设计火炮随动系统调试仪满足技术指标中提出的CAN总线接口、10ms同步时间、模拟及数字量I/O技术要求.

Design of a Debugging Instrument for Artillery Servo System

Abstract:To solve the problems of low test efficiency and many measurement errors in debugging instrument,the overall design of a debugging instrument is proposed.System components of the debugging instrument are shown,principles or methods of implementing data acquisition card are determined,its hardware,software and drivers are designed in detail,timing simulation and functional simulation are completed.The results of simulation tests show that the requirements of CAN bus interface,10 ms synchronization time,analog and digital input and output are all met in the technical specifications.
