连铸机辊缝在线测量仪的设计

摘    要:针对目前国内连铸机缺乏可靠的实时辊缝测量数据、测量精度低的问题,设计了辊缝在线测量仪.该方案采用嵌入式系统,通过双通道并行运行的高速数据采集卡实时采集传感器检测口输出的电压信号、数字信号、脉冲信号,并在PC104中对数据预处理,实现连铸机辊缝数据的在线检测,无线发送接收数据和上位机监控界面的实时处理和存储.本测量仪辊缝间距误差小于0.5%,倾角测量精度达到0.01°,能排除连铸生产过程中存在的潜在故障并提高板坯的质量,减少劳动强度.

Abstract:Domestic continuous casting machines have the weaknesses of unreliable real-time measurement data of roll gap and low accuracy in caster roll gap on-line measuring,an online roll gap measuring instrument is designed.The embedded PC104 main board was adopted as the core platform.A high speed data acquisition card with double channel and parallel operation were used to collect output voltages,digital signals and the pulse signals in real-times,which werepreproccesed in PC104 realize on-line detection of the caster roll gap,wireless sending and receiving data and real-time processing reaches and storage on the PC monitor interface.The error is less than 0.5% and dip angle measurement precision is 0.01 ° meeting the design requirements.The measuring instrument can eliminate potential failure in continous casting production process,improve the quality of the slab and reduce labor intensity.
