基于指标排序的电动汽车聚合控制策略

摘    要:考虑电动汽车车主、电动汽车聚合商以及调度机构的需求,依据电动汽车充放电特性建立了以需求响应为基础的电动汽车聚合商及调度机构双层管理模式。根据电池寿命、可控状态、荷电状态、经济效应等因素,提出4种电动汽车调控次序指标及综合判定指标。在此基础上,考虑用户出行需求等约束条件,提出基于指标排序的电动汽车聚合控制策略。基于工商业区的仿真算例验证了该聚合策略的合理性及有效性。

Abstract:Considering the needs of electric vehicle owners, electric vehicle aggregators, and dispatching agencies, based on the charge-discharge characteristics of electric vehicles, a dual-level management model for electric vehicle aggregators and dispatch agencies based on demand response was established. According to factors such as battery life, controllable state, state of charge, economic effect, etc., four kinds of electric vehicle control order indicators and comprehensive judgment indexes are proposed. On this basis, taking the user travel requirements and other factors into account, an aggregation control strategy for electric vehicles based on index ranking is proposed. The simulation example based on the business district verified the rationality and effectiveness of the aggregation strategy.
