| 摘 要： | PLC控制系统的硬件由电源模块、I/O模块、现场输入输出元件,以及一些导线、接线端子和接线盒组成。长期运行的PLC由于环境恶劣、接地不良或者维护不彻底等原因会造成损坏。文章对常见PLC经常出现的故障做简单分析介绍,希望对出现的故障能够快速处理,在提高维修水平的同时提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | The hardware of PLC control system consists of power module,I/O module,field input and output components,as well as some wires,terminals and junction boxes.PLC in long-term operation will be damaged due to poor environment,poor grounding,incomplete maintenance and other reasons.The following is a brief analysis and introduction of common PLC faults,hoping to quickly deal with the faults and improve the production efficiency while improving the maintenance level. |
