东西关水电站枢纽工程布置中对水力条件的研究

摘    要:通过试验资料分析,本文首先阐明拦河闸坝轴线折线布置的合理性,着重研究泄洪排沙闸消能工的布置型式,提出了按不同运行方式和节省工程量的要求,采用不同的结构尺寸,对解决本工程大单宽流量和低Fr的消能防冲问题,取得良好的效益;接着论述了电站环流防沙的长期有效性,是解决电站引水防沙的主要途径和方法之一;最后针对船闸引航道中心线和原河道主流线夹角较大的特点,提出了梳齿潜坝的整流设施,改善了航行条件。本文研究成果已为设计部门采纳应用。

Abstract:According to experimental data analysis, the reasonableness of broken line position of axis in gate dam is shown. The arrangement forms for dissipators of flooding and flushing sluice are studied stressly. With the requirements of different operation modes and less construction quantity, different structural dimensions are adopted to the structures of energy disspation and scouring prevention for the project which is featured with large discharge per unit width and low Froude number. Better effects are gained. It is shown that sand prevention by circulation which is protractedly effective is the main way to solve the problem of sand prevention by water diversion in the project. Finally, in order to improve navigation conditions, a slotted submerged dam is proposed in accordance with big angle between central line of access channel of lock and original maing stream. The above-metionted analysis results have been adopted by design department.
