大区互联电网无功规划原则和方法

摘    要:电网规模和输电容量的不断扩大,电压等级的不断提高,使大区互联电网的无功规划研究工作越来越受到重视。大区互联电网无功规划的目标不能简单地体现为满足电压质量的要求,特别是集中并联的交流通道、交直流通道、多端直流馈入系统出现以后,提高输送能力和预防大面积电压崩溃事故将成为无功规划更为重要的目标。根据无功规划的目标,必须要做好工频过电压、潜供电流计算和无功平衡分析工作、无功配置方案的研究工作及无功电压控制措施的研究工作。

Abstract:As the size,capacity and voltage grade of power grids keep increasing,researches on reactive power planning have received more and more attention.The goal of large networks' reactive power planning is more than satisfying the voltage requirement.Especially when considering parallel AC transmission channel,AC-DC transmission channel and multi-terminal DC feed-in systems,increasing transporting capability and preventing from large scale voltage collapse become a more important object to the reactive power planning.To achieve this object,researches have to be done on working frequency over-voltage,latent current calculation,reactive power balance analysis,reactive power configuration and reactive voltage regulation.
