高强度船板表面裂纹产生原因分析

摘    要:通过对比轧制试验和材料显微组织分析,发现高强度船板表面裂纹所处部位有明显的氧化原点、氧化脱碳和晶粒长大特征,且不同的加热和轧制工艺会影响裂纹的扩展。高强度船板表面裂纹不是加热、轧制时新产生的,而是原连铸坯缺陷经加热、轧制演变而成。

Causes of surface crack on high strength ship plate

Abstract:The causes of surface crack on high strength ship plate are studied by rolling testing and microstructure analysis. Different heating and rolling technology are found to have affected the extension of cracks, and clear oxidation origin, oxidation decarburization and grain growth characteristics are seen at the cracking part. It is concluded that the crack evolves from the disfigurement on the continuous casting billet in the process of heating and rolling.
