摘    要:罗茨风机作为一种典型的气体增压与输送机械,广泛应用于化工、石化等许多行业。本文运用动网格技术、二维气体流动控制方程和标准的k-e湍流模型对典型的四叶罗茨风机内部非稳态流动进行了数值模拟,得到了四叶罗茨风机流量、流速场、压力场随时间变化的规律。为提高四叶罗茨风机的设计及应用水平提供理论依据。

Abstract:As a typical machine for boosting pressure and gas transportation,roots blower was widely used in many industries such as chemical and petroleum-chemical engineering,etc..By means of dynamic mesh technique,a 2D conservative equations and standard k-e turbulence models,a transient CFD numerical simulation was performed for a typical quadricuspid roots blower in this work.The time-tendencies of flow rate,flow field and static pressure distribution of the blower were obtained and analyzed.The simulation solution could provide the basis for accurately understanding flow nature inside the quadricuspid roots blower.
