摘    要:介绍了500 kW光伏并网逆变器的系统结构和工作原理,采用了IGBT功率模块并联技术来提高系统容量,并对主回路参数的设计方法进行了研究。在此基础上研制了一台500 kW光伏并网逆变器的样机,进行了试验研究,试验结果证明该样机运行稳定,性能可靠,具有较强的实用性。

Research on Grid-Connected Inverter for 500 kW Photovoltaic Power System

Abstract:The system structure and working principle of the grid-connected inverter for 500 kW Photovoltaic Power System (PV) is introduced in this paper. The IGBT parallel technology is used to raise the system capacity, and the designing method for the parameters in the main circuit parameter is intensively studied. On the basis of it, a prototype of grid-connected inverter for 500 kW PV is developed and the corresponding experiment is conducted. The experimental results show that the prototype has high operation stabilization and performance reliability with a wide application prospect.
