垂直矩形微槽群内部相变换热的实验研究

摘    要:以无水乙醇和水为工质,对垂直带有微槽群的紫铜基板表面的相变换热的特征进行了实验研究.结果表明,微槽宽度越窄,深度越深且液位越高,微槽群板的蒸发换热能力越强;工质为蒸馏水,基板温度低于130℃时,其最大蒸发换热强度达到5.36×105W/m2,工质为无水乙醇,基板温度低于108℃时,其最大蒸发换热热流密度超过3.51×105W/m2.换热强度高于在光滑表面的池沸腾换热强度.

Abstract:Using distilled water and ethanol as the working fluid,an experimental investigation about the phase change heat transfer is performed on a vertical copper plate with rectangular micro-capillary grooves.Experimental results show that the evaporating heat transfer performance of the copper plate with micro-capillary grooves will enhance with the decrease of width in micro groove,the increase of depth in micro groove and the raise of liquid level in evaporator.The evaporating performance in micro-grooves keep...
