摘    要:在高职院校的教育教学中,贯彻因材施教有利于促进学生的个性发展,培养高素质技能型人才。高职院校采用学分制可以较好地实施因材施教,通过分析学分制的优点,提出高职院校如何通过推行学分制来达成因材施教的策略和措施,以促进学分制的有效实施。
