| 摘 要： | 成功开发出了用于板式热交换器的2205型双相不锈钢波纹板片，研究了压制成型和电阻缝焊板片的耐蚀性能。结果表明，经压制和焊接的板片无有害相析出，没有破坏2205型双相不锈钢特有的耐蚀性能。已成功进行了2205型双相不锈钢波纹板片的工业化生产和应用。

| Abstract: | The 2205 duplex stainless steel with herringbone used in plate heat exchangers was developed successfully. Its press and forming, the corrosion resistance of resistant welded plates were studied. The result showed that no nocuousness appeared between pressed and welded plates,no damage on 2205 duplex stainless steel in plate heat exchangers happened caused by corrosion. It has been successfully put into industry application. |
