PX氧化反应器优化运行探讨

摘    要:分析影响PX氧化反应的因素 ,提出本装置在不同生产负荷下的优化运行参数。指出 ,在高负荷 90 0~ 10 0 0t/d下 ,温度 193~ 195℃ ,压力 1 5 5~ 1 60MPa ,溶剂比 3 8~ 4 1,钴、PX、HAc、H2 O的质量分数 (% )分别为 0 0 2 3~ 0 0 2 5 ,19 5~ 2 1 0 ,71~ 73 ,7~ 8及Mn∶Co为 1 5~ 2 0是最佳。

Study on optimizing operation of PX oxidation reactor
Abstract:The factors influence on PX oxidation reaction were analysed and the optimizing operation parameters under different reaction load in this unit were put forward. It was pointed out that when high load is 900~1000 t/d,temperature is 193~195℃,pressure is 1.55~1.60 MPa,the solvent ration is 3.8~4.1, the mass fraction of Co,PX,HAc and H-2O separately is 0.023~0.025,19.5~21.0,71~73,7~8 and Mn/Co is 1.5~2.0.The operation condition is optimum under this condition.
