| Abstract: | Technology key problem has been tackled by combining with the developing of produce technology,grasping the main factors that affect the high unit consumption of acetic acid. By means of reducing tripping frequencies of oxidation reactor, decreasing temperature and pressure of oxidation reaction, optimizing process parameters and daily work, increasing solvent recovery ratio,the acetic acid unit consumption were decreaed. |
