酯化反应釜搅拌器的分析

通过工艺条件和设备能力的对比 ,论证了把原 2 0 0t/d生产线的第一酯化釜改做 30 0t/d生产线的第二酯化釜的合理性 ,特别对搅拌器的功率、循环量及搅拌强度进行了计算和分析 ,指出了提高搅拌强度的方法和途径 ,提出了相应的改进建议。

Analysis on agitator of esterification reactor

The rationality about changing the No.1 esterification reactor in the 200 t/d production line into the No.2 esterification reactor in the 300 t/d production line was confirmed in this paper, through contrast of the process condition and the equipment capacity. Especially the power, circulation and strength of the agitator were calculated and analysed. At last, the way of how to raise agitating power and the detailed corresponding improving proposal were pointed out.
