| 摘 要： | 采用三层数据库技术,以局域网用户(包括远程用户)为对象,建立数据库服务器、应用程序服务器和数据采集端的领导干部综合考评辅助分析系统信息管理系统。通过对考评数据的采集、分析、处理和输出,找到领导干部的“短板”绩效指标,发现班子整体存在的不足,甄选出优秀的后备干部,进行综合线性分析,形成考评分析报告,为干部管理工作提供有价值的决策信息支持。

| Abstract: | Adopting three-tier database technology and taking the LAN users(including long-range users) as the object,in order to build the database server,application server and the terminal data-collecting assistant analysis system and information management system of leading cadre synthetical evaluation.On the basis of evaluating data's collection,analysis,processing and output,we can find out " shortcomings" performance indicators of leading cadres and the whole team's insufficiency,select outstanding young cadres,process integrated linear analysis and form the analysis and appraisal report,so as to provide valuable information for decision-making support for cadre management. |
