| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作采用计算机管理系统是高校档案工作现代化与科学化的重要标志,但计算机管理档案的水平和现状还存在着资源共享性差等一系列问题,实施标准化、规范化计算机管理系统是高校档案工作的必然趋势.《档案法》的颁布与实施,日趋成熟的现代化技术条件为应用计算机系统管理高校档案提供了法律依据和技术保障,开发应用计算机管理的新技术和新方法,能为高校档案信息资源共享提供快捷优质的服务.

| Abstract: | Using computer management system for college file is an important sign of modernization and scientificity,but as to the present standard and conditions in the computer management system,a series of problems,such as the source share,still exist,Carrying out the standard computer management system is the inevitable tendency.The promulgation and acting of the File Law and the mature modernistic technology have provided the law foundation and technology guarantee for the computer management system in college files.Developing the new technologys and new ways for the computer management system's apply can provide the best and fast service for the seurce share about the college's file imformation. |
