Discussion on Ways and Methods of Develop Circular Economy on Enterprises

Circular Economy,a new economic pattern for humankind to maintain sustainable development,is taken by our country now as an important way to realize coordinated environment and economic development.And it is a fundamental approach to realize new type industrialization.However,it needs to be promoted with legal form.On basis of scientific development and circular economy,the paper aims to prove how to clear the thought and establish a goal in basic enterprises.Combined with working experience,the author put forward the following new thoughts for the pertinence and guidance of enterprises' developing circular economy.They are inadequacies finding in carrying out standards,scientific problems tackling as a carrier and human resource constructions for its support condition.
