| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了美国、欧盟、法国、德国、日本、印度等国家的能源政策动向,指出了在目前的能源危机下各国能源政策的5个新特点,即:减轻对国外能源的依赖,建立多元化的能源进口渠道;促进发展替代能源和可再生能源,利用好本国的优势能源;鼓励提高能源效率和节约能源;建立石油储备制度,调节石油市场;统一区域性的能源政策并加强协作。

| Abstract: | t forward. Based on trend of energy policies in America, UN, France, Gamany, Japan and India, five new characteristics for energy policies appear under current energy crisis. They are decreasing dependence on overseas energy and building diversified import channels, making good use of domestic dominant energy and promoting development of alternative energy sources and renewable energy, encouraging energy-saving and energy-efficiency improvement, constructing oil storage system and adjusting oil market, integrating regional energy policies and strengthening cooperations. |
