摘    要:对常减压装置技术改造后工艺防腐蚀问题进行了技术分析,认为原油在脱盐罐中停留时间不够、严重的露点腐蚀、空冷器的安装形式以及工艺操作问题,是造成原油脱后盐含量偏高和常顶空冷器泄漏的主要原因,增加过滤罐和脱盐罐、加强破乳剂评选、用注中和剂取代注液氨,以及安装在线腐蚀监测系统等措施是非常必要的.

Abstract:Some corrosion protection problems in a reformed crude oil unit are analysed. The short settling time in desalting tank, dewing point corrosion and fixing problem of air cooler were some causes of the high content of salt in desahed crude oil and leakage of air cooler in the overhead system of crude oil unit. It is necessary to build new filtrate tank and desalting tank, select effective emulsion breakers, use new neutralizing amine and set up on-line corrosion monitoring system.
