深冷处理技术在铸造合金材料中的应用及进展

摘    要:概述了深冷处理技术的发展过程、作用机理、研究内容。介绍近几年将深冷处理技术应用于高铬铸铁、440A铸造不锈钢、45碳素铸钢等铸造合金材料中的研究结果。试验表明:深冷处理能使高铬铸铁、440A铸造不锈钢内部析出更为弥散、更为细小的合金碳化物,可以进一步使合金强化,但由于析出的强化相过于细小,在微切削型的滑动磨损过程中抵抗不了磨粒的切削作用,所以耐磨性提高不明显。深冷处理对45碳素铸钢的性能影响不明显。

Abstract:The development,mechanism,research details and example of cryogenic treatment were surveyed.The research achievements of cryogenic treatment have been applied to cast alloys,including high Cr cast iron,440A cast stainless steel, 45 carbon steel,in recent years.Results showed that the extremely fine alloyed carbide with dispersive distribution can strengthen high Cr cast iron and 440 A cast stainless steel with cryogenic treatment,but their wear resistance increased slightly due to the finer carbide precipitates unable to resist against abrasive machining during slide friction process with micro|cutting.Also the effect of cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties for 45 carbon steel was unobserved.
