| Abstract: | The counsellor is the first person that students got to know when they enter colleges.One nice consellor is very important for the healthy grow-up of a university student.A concellor should play different role to different students,so as to lead the students properly and actively grow-up,and to cultivate their abilities from all aspects,to make them useful people for society after graduation. |
