红外系统噪声等效温差机理分析与实例计算

摘    要:对红外系统噪声等效温差的物理机理进行了剖析.根据目标辐射源性、系统光学镜头、红外探测器、电子学信号处理特性,对红外系统等效温差随响应波段宽度、辐射源温度、红外探测器面积、探测器积分时间等因素的变化规律进行了实例计算,并对计算结果的内在机理进行分析与讨论,为从事红外系统设计和测试的研究人员及工程技术人员提供优化设的理论依据和实例系统的分析方法.

Abstract:The principles of the noise equivalent temperature difference (NEDT) for infrared systems were investigated. Theoretical calculations of the NEDT for a sample infrared system were carried out based on target radiance characteristics, detector properties and bandwidth of the system. Further discussions and analyses on these results were made to provide the physics and the guidance for those who are, will be engaged in the design and optimization of infrared systems.
