国内外直型 VK 管的差距

对国内外一部分尼龙6厂家使用的直型 VK 管进行了实地考察和对比,认为国产直型 VK 管处于落后状态:设备结构过于简单,生产能力小,所生产的产品质量较差。爱姆斯—伊文达公司设计的直型 VK 管比较先进,设计合理,在技术上处于领先地位。针对国产直型 VK 管存在的缺陷,建议有关研究设计院研制具有中国特色的直型 VK 管,以利于发展我国的尼龙生产。

THE DIFFERENCE OF THE VERTICAL VK TUBES AT HOME AND ABROAD

After observing and comparing the VK tubes used in some Nylon-6 factories athome and abroad,it is considered that the production of VK tube in China is inbackward state with the simple equipment,low production capacity and poorquality.The vertical VK tubes made in EMS-INVENTA AG of USA is moreadvanced,and designed reasonably.It gains a lead in technology.Aiming at theexisting shortcoming in VK tube production in China,the author hopes that someconcerned research and design institutes can prepare the high quality VK tubeshaving Chinese distinguishing features on beneficial to the production of Nylon-6.
