丙纶高速纺树脂的研制

摘    要:研究了采用化学降解法生产的丙纶高速纺树脂的质量特性和可纺性。命名为70835树脂的熔融指数为35g/10min,粘均分子量仅有13×10~4。分子量分布((?)_w/(?)_n)为2—3,较国外同类产品的分布窄,而比原聚合法生产的同类产品低2倍。该树脂纺丝熔体温度为235—245℃,在POY 和 FDY 上纺丝速度可达2—3km/min,第一、第二导丝盘毋需超喂,卷绕丝无后收缩现象。

PREPARATION OF PP RESIN FOR HIGH-SPEED SPINNING
Abstract:The quality characteristics and fiber forming property of PP resin for high-speed spinning obtained by chemical degradation method have been studied.The meltflow index of this resin namely 70835 is 35g/10min,viscosity average molecularweight 13×10~4,its molecular weight distribution((?)_w/(?)_n)is 2-3,which is morenarrow than that of the same kind of product made in foreign countries and twicemore narrow than that of product produced by original polymerization method.Themelt spinning temperature of this kind of resin is 235—245℃,the spinning speed atPOY and FDY machines can reach 2000—3000 m/min.No after-contraction phenomenonoccurs on yarn bobbins and overfeed of godets is not need.
