钻孔灌注桩桩侧桩端后压浆工艺

摘    要:桩侧和桩底后压浆应在钻孔灌注桩成桩后3~7天进行。压浆过程中应控制灌浆压力以避免过分压裂土层。压浆量是影响后压浆质量和提高单桩承载力的关键因素。在渗透性小的地层后压浆机理主要是压密注浆,在渗透性大的地层的后压浆机理主要是渗透注浆。通过桩侧和桩底后压浆,瑞通广场钻孔灌注桩单桩承载力特征值提高了67%。

Abstract:Pile Sides and Bottom Post Pressure Grouting should be done 3-7days after pile construction The pressure should be controlled in a certain limits to avoid hydrofracture to the soil. The amounts of cement slurry is the key factor affecting bearing capacity of the piles. The working mechanism in less penetrability stratum appeared to be compression while in penetrability one appeared to be penetrating mainly. The bearing capacity characteristic value of single pile in Wuhan Rueitong Building increased 67%.
