现场总线方式锅炉监测系统的设计

摘    要:目前锅炉监测系统的通讯,大多使用串行通讯接口,随着现场总线的成熟,现在已有条件更新换代。构成现场总线方式的监控系统,实现集成化管理、网络化监测。本文介绍了一种现场总线方式的锅炉监测系统的设计及其实现。底层设备为安装于锅炉现场的数十台仪表,用于监测锅炉现场的流量、压力、温度、鼓风、引风等重要参数。上位机与底层仪表通过RS-485现场总线连接,构成树型结构监测网络。上位机通过由VB程序操作界面,监测锅炉运行情况。样机试运行证实该系统结构简单,功能完善,有较高的性价比。

Abstract:Conventional boiler monitoring systems are based on series communication interface.Along with the development of field-bus communication,it is time to be updated for integrated management and network monitoring.This paper describes the design and implementation of a boiler monitoring system based on field-bus.Bottom equipments are dozen sets of instruments installed on the boiler system,collecting parameters of flow,pressure,temperature,blast,induced draft,etc.The super-ordinate computer and the instruments are connected by RS-485 field bus,with tree-type monitoring network.Through VB programmed interface,the super-ordinate computer monitors the boiler's running condition and processes the parameters.Running-test of a prototype verifies the validity and performance/price ratio of the system.
