车用高速增压柴油机部分负荷工况性能改进的研究

摘    要:对车用高速增压柴油机的增压系统进行了分析。尽可能地减小低速高负荷时废气能量不足与高速时废气能量过剩的矛盾 ,以及在保证提供充分的废气能量的前提条件下尽可能地降低换气负功 ,是对车用高速柴油机增压系统的基本要求。通过实机试验以及数值模拟计算 ,着重探讨了在现有的车用高速增压柴油机增压系统的基础之上改进柴油机中低负荷工况经济性的可能性 ,提出了废气旁通阀的调节原则以及一种新的调节方案。

Abstract:The turbocharging system in turbocharged high speed automotive engine is analyzed.The main requirements for the system are to temper the contradiction between lack of available energy in exhaust gas in low speed and high load condition and the surplus of that in high speed condition and to minimize the negative work for gas exchange as far as possible under the presupposition that sufficient available energy in exhaust gas is guaranteed.With the test and numerical simulation,the possibility to improve the diesel's economical performance in middle and low load condition is researched.The adjusting principle and a new adjusting scheme of the bypass valve are proposed.
