| 摘 要： | 论述了虚拟企业是一种新的企业业态模式，它与传统企业相比具有显著的特点，虚拟企业的最大优势就在于其全球资源共享和公司资源互补，认为虚拟企业与传统企业的区别在于企业内部管理结构的不同和企业的外在表现形式的不同，因而虚拟企业的经营和管理方式与传统企业存在明显区别；虚拟企业是一种企业行为理念的创新，是一场公司的革命。

| Abstract: | Virtual enterprise is a new pattern of operation and management. Its most superiority is the global resource sharing and mutual complementarity. Moreover, the internal structure and external behavior of virtual enterprise is different from that of traditional enterprise. So their operation and management is different, too. Appearance of virtual enterprise is an innovation of enterprise conception and a revolution for enterprise. |
