摘    要:中央电视台塔楼结构重心高、荷载大且自身基底荷载分布很不均匀,塔楼与裙楼相邻部位的荷载差异悬殊,基础设计难度非常大。基础采用了桩、土与结构底板协同作用的理念进行计算,实现桩位布置、桩基受力、筏板厚度与分布的合理设计。塔楼采用大直径钻孔灌注桩,通过桩端桩侧联合后注浆提高承载力减少变形,以两种桩端持力层的载荷试验为依据,减少桩长和造价并降低施工难度。采用非均匀的变刚度布桩和变厚度底板布置较好地满足了基础沉降、倾斜和受力的要求。通过在主楼与裙楼之间筏板设置铰接构造,减少主楼与裙房之间基础内力。通过对基础沉降系统的监测,了解了基础变形性状并验证了计算方法。
