| 摘 要： | 根据公司外购原料的质量特点,结合公司贯标工作要求,对影响进货检验工作质量的重要因素5M1E即人、机、料、法、环、测六方面进行了剖析,并在加强进货检验检验方面从人、机、料、法、环、测六方面提出了自己的控制观点。目的是保证进货检验流程按PDCA过程方法[1]进行控制,实现闭环管理。
