浅埋地铁下穿越引起既有建筑物振动治理分析

摘    要:浅埋地铁下穿越既有建筑物引起的振动噪声已成为严重的环境污染,针对软土地区某浅埋地铁下穿越建筑物的振动问题,分析不同减振技术措施的特点。对比分析表明,浅埋地铁运营对多层建筑物的影响主要是竖向振动,采用建筑物整体加固或地基土加固等技术措施可在一定程度上降低地铁振动对建筑物的影响。采用浮置地板虽可达到部分降低建筑物振动的目的,对于未设置浮置地板的区域则没有治理效果;采用建筑物整体减振的方式可以有效地隔离浅埋地铁的振动影响,但整体减振方案对于既有建筑物来说,实施难度大,施工风险相对较高。研究结论对于其他类似工程具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The vibration induced by shallow embedded metro becomes seriously environmental pollution.Comparisons with vibration control methods of typical buildings on the shallow embedded metro are made.The investigations show that the vertical vibration of metro is the main influence on low-rise buildings.The vibration of buildings can be reduced by using the methods of overall strengthening of buildings and strengthening soil properties in some extents.Floating floor can also reduce the vibration,but the area witho...
