摘    要:以4120SG型柴油机为研究对象,分析了缸盖系统的激励源和响应特性,根据柴油机的发火顺序和相位关系,确定了缸盖表面振动的响应信号;采用倒频谱法进行了气缸内压力的反演研究,试验结果表明:对缸盖表面信号进行适当的预处理后,可以较好地反演出柴油机缸内压力信号,使得利用表面振动信号监测柴油机运行状态成为可能。

Abstract:The characteristics of the exciting sources and the response signals about the cylinder head of a 4120SG type diesel engine are analyzed.The vibration response signals of the cylinder head surface are determined according to firing order and the relation in phase.A cepstrum method was used to reconstruct the cylinder pressure.Test results show that if the vibration signals of cylinder head surface is handled by some appropriate methods in advance, the diesel engine′s cylinder pressure signals can be reconstructured better,which makes it possible to monitor the running status of diesel engines with surface vibration signals.
