| 摘 要： | 讨论了活性染料染色纯棉纱线的保险粉剥色和次氯酸钠剥色工艺，得出了保险粉的剥色效果比次氯酸钠的剥色效果明显和完全的结论。保险粉剥色的最佳工艺条件是：保险粉5g／L，小苏打2g／L，浴比1：20，温度60℃，时间50-60min。处理后纱线的剥色率在92％以上，可以满足再染要求。

| Abstract: | The stripping process of reactive dyes from cotton yarn by sodium hydrosulphite and sodium hypo-chlorite has been studied. The results showed that stripping by sodium hydrosulphite got better results. The optimal stripping conditions with sodium hydrosulphite is listed as following： the liquor contains 5 g/L of hydrosulphite and 2 g/L of sodium bicarbonate, the liquor ratio is 1 ： 20, the temperature is 60℃, the time is 50-60 min. After treated with this condition the stripping percentage is over 92, meeting the demand of re-dyeing. |
